Skate Workshop

New to skateboarding? Want to shred like a pro? Sign up for our workshop led by top coaches and skaters from India. Held in small batches at our state-of-the-art skatepark, learn to flow on wheels. This bootcamp will cover the fundamentals of skateboarding. (Workshop available for participants under the age of 18 only)

Frequently Asked Questions

It is a skateboard event that will have two parts to it. A skate competition and a workshop for newbies and pros alike. Outside of these events, the skate park is open for anyone who’s registered to skate all day.

It will be a skateboard cypher, where 60+ skaters will compete to win the inaugural Raya Rumble Skateboard prizes.

The workshop will have a professional skateboarding coach who will conduct the basics of skateboarding, beginner tricks and how to get started skating in a park.

The competition is open to all ages, but there are two categories -
Youth (under 14) and Open (any age).
The workshop is for anyone under the age of 18

Participation at Rumble ‘24 is absolutely free! Just register to gain an entry pass to the event!

All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian.

We will provide skateboards and helmets for rent to anyone that needs gear to skate the park.

There are 2 categories of competition:
Youth (Under 14 yrs)
Open (Any age)
We also have separate boys and girls divisions in each category

Our gates will open from 8 am onwards. Come before the action begins. The park is open for free skate throughout the day outside of skate competition and workshop timings
Skate Competition - 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Skate Workshop - 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Gates Close - 10:30 PM

Restrooms and changing facilities are both available inside the school.

Various food and beverage stalls will be found around the skate park. We will have refreshments for participants in the competition and workshop as well.

Absolutely. Even if you’re remotely curious about the world of skateboarding, you should attend the competition to pump up the inspiration, and the workshop to learn the basics.

Winners will be determined by the average scores of the judges.

The Open Category is limited to 20 Boys & 20 Girls. The Youth Category is limited to 15 Boys and 15 Girls.

Absolutely. First aid stations will be set up at the site, staffed with medical personnel.

We have a variety of food & beverage stalls, music, activity stalls all around the skate park to keep you entertained throughout the day.

There are plenty of restaurants around the venue. Swiggy and zomato work in our location as well!

The competition will be between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM. The workshop will begin at 6:30 PM and will end by 8:30 PM.

Absolutely. Just ask them to register at the gate.

Yes of course! The judges will be there to help and guide the participants throughout the day.

You can register online until 12 hours before the event. After which, you can register on-the-spot at our desk.

The competition is an Open Park event. Competitors are free to use their imaginations to bring their best tricks and transitions into their runs.

Absolutely, we’ll have a merch section where you can get your hands on t-shirts, caps and more.

It’s a skateboard competition and workshop. Apart from that, you may skate the park using any skate equipment you have (inline skate, roller skates, bmx etc.)

Skaters may use the entire park before the competition begins for practice or warmup.

A specific competition rule book will be shared with all registered participants well in advance of the competition.

You can attend the skating workshop to get the right guidance from pro instructors. Competitors will have plenty of opportunities to talk to and learn from the coaches and judges.

Yes we have a large shaded seating area, with fans set up right next to the park so you can be up close to the action!
